This prestigious event brings together over 500 participants, including students, developers, and tech enthusiasts from across India, who work on real-world challenges to develop technological solutions.

ELIGIBILITY AND TEAM RULES:

  • Eligibility:
    • Open to PhD, M.E., M.Tech., M.S., MS by Research, B.E., and B.Tech. students and graduates in engineering from any college in India.
  • Team Composition:
    • Each team must have a minimum of 3 members and a maximum of 5 members.
    • Each team must designate one member as the team leader.
    • Cross-college teams are allowed, meaning team members can be from different colleges.
  • Restrictions:
    • A student can be a member of only one team.

THE THEMES FOR NAVONMESH 2.0:

  • Robotics & Drones: Develop innovative solutions using robotics and drones for applications in industries like logistics, manufacturing, and surveillance to enhance efficiency and functionality.

  • Smart City: Create smart technologies to improve urban infrastructure, transportation, energy management, and public services, aiming for sustainable and efficient city living.

  • Healthcare: Innovate in the healthcare sector by developing tools for remote monitoring, diagnostics, data management, and telemedicine to improve patient care and accessibility.

  • Agriculture: Design technological solutions for precision farming, crop monitoring, and sustainable practices to boost productivity and support farmers.

  • Rural Transformation & Community Development: Focus on solutions that enhance rural development in areas like education, healthcare, and economic growth, aiming to improve living conditions and bridge the urban-rural divide.

COMPETITION STRUCTURE:

  • Registration:

    • Teams register online, submit their own problem statement, and form their team.
  • Round 1 - Idea Presentation Submission:

    • Teams prepare and submit a presentation detailing their problem statement and solution.
    • All submissions will be reviewed by the scrutiny committee for initial evaluation and selection.
    • Presentations must be uploaded by the deadline.
  • Round 2 - Online Idea Presentation:

    • Selected teams from Round 1 give an online presentation to explain their problem statement and proposed solution.
  • Round 3 - Offline Implementation (24-Hour Challenge):

    • Teams work offline to implement their idea within a 24-hour timeframe.
  • Winner Announcement:

    • Winners are announced after evaluation by the judges based on the quality and effectiveness of their solutions.

REWARDS:

  • The winners from each theme will be rewarded with an exciting prize and certificates.
  • The runners-up from each theme will be rewarded with an exciting prize and certificates.
  • Other teams will receive certificates.
