On June 05th 2020, Shri Shankaracharya Institute Raipur celebrated World Environment Day under the flagship of Department of Management Studies. The day began with the plantation of various medicinal plants used for natural healing of ailments. Later, everybody present pledged to protect and preserve at least one plant in their lifetime.

October 16th & 17th 2019 - PYRAMID: A Triangular Quest, 2 days fun filled and brainstorming event for undergraduates and postgraduate students.
Department of Management Studies recently organized the 9th version of “PYRAMID- the Triangular Quest”, since its inception in the year 2011. Like every year, the inter college fest received a huge response and welcomed 500+ undergraduate & postgraduate participants from various colleges across the state. Principal Dr. Alok Jain declared the event open, which was then followed by 2 days of brainstorming, fun learning & cultural activities
The Department has successfully conducted “Boost Your Creativity” activity with all the students divided into groups and winners were declared on the basis of presentation & creativity. They were given only three items- Newspaper, Glue and Scissors.
Cleanliness Drive was conducted as a part of Swacch Bharat Abhiyan. The drive aimed at Clean College Dream college with The mission #mycleanSSIPMT.
